High blood pressure is prevalent in all countries and affects millions of people. High blood pressure is also called hypertension. A health specialist will categorize any continual reading higher than 140/90 as high blood pressure. At first the only symptom may be the actual reading, but if not controlled it can lead to serious cardio-vascular problems.
If you have low blood pressure or Hypotension then you should not be duly concerned. Unless it stays abnormally low for a constant time then it can simply mean you are in good health. Most doctors would say under “90 over 66″ is low blood pressure.
